Everything practical, before you arrive
Timings, what to bring, how the first appointment runs, how estimates and payment work, and how panel patients are billed. If something you need is not here, the front desk will answer it on the phone.
How your first visit works
Step 1
Registration
Reception records your details and confirms panel entitlement where applicable.
Step 2
Examination
A specialist examines you and takes radiographs only where they change the plan.
Step 3
Written plan and estimate
You leave with the diagnosis, the treatment options and a written cost estimate — not a verbal figure.
Step 4
Scheduling
Treatment is scheduled to suit clinical urgency first, then your availability.
Book through the appointment form or call reception directly.
What to bring
- Any previous X-rays, CBCT scans or OPGs you already have
- A list of medicines you take regularly, including blood thinners
- Details of medical conditions such as diabetes, thyroid, blood pressure or heart disease
- Your panel card and referral paperwork if you are an RGHS, CGHS, ECHS, RHB, Railways or Saras beneficiary
- For a child's appointment, immunisation and medical history details
Estimates, payment and panels
Indicative rates for 42 procedures are published on our rate list, and procedure-by-procedure explanations of what drives the final figure are on our treatment cost pages. A written estimate specific to your case is given before treatment starts.
Cashless and reimbursement care is available for RGHS, CGHS, ECHS, Rajasthan Housing Board, Indian Railways and Saras beneficiaries as per each scheme's approved package list — see empanelments and the panel patient guide.
Which department will see you
A single OPD consultation routes you to the right speciality. If you would rather read first:
Guides and emergencies
- Dental emergency first aid — what to do in the first hour for a knocked-out tooth, swelling or bleeding.
- Emergency dental care — how urgent cases are handled at the hospital.
- Symptom guides — read about your symptom before deciding how urgent it is.
- Verify our credentials — registration, accreditation and government codes you can check at source.
