Clinical governance
- Every treatment is preceded by a written plan listing the diagnosis, the recommended procedure, the alternatives and the cost.
- Instrument sterilisation follows a documented cycle with autoclave load records; single-use items are never reprocessed.
- Radiographs and CBCT scans are taken on clinical indication only, with lead protection and the lowest diagnostic exposure.
- Named specialists take responsibility for the cases in their department, and are listed on the site by name and speciality.
- Patient records, radiographs and consent forms are retained and released to the patient on request.
