Dental crown and bridge cost in Jaipur
A metal cap is ₹ 4,000 at our hospital and a metal crown with acrylic facing is ₹ 4,500. Zirconia and CAD/CAM ceramic crowns are quoted separately because material cost varies. Bridges are charged per unit, so a three-unit bridge is three crowns.

What changes the final number
- Crown material — metal, metal ceramic, zirconia or CAD/CAM ceramic
- Number of units, since a bridge is priced per unit
- Whether a post and core is needed to rebuild a root-treated tooth
- Whether the tooth needs root canal treatment or gum treatment first

Common questions about the cost
Is zirconia worth the extra cost over metal ceramic?
For visible teeth, usually yes — zirconia looks closer to natural enamel and has no dark metal margin. For a back tooth under heavy load where appearance is not a concern, metal ceramic remains a reasonable, durable choice.
How long does a crown take?
Typically two visits — preparation and fit — with the in-house CAD/CAM laboratory shortening the wait between them compared with sending work out.
How is a bridge priced?
Per unit. A bridge replacing one missing tooth using two neighbouring teeth is three units, so the crown rate applies three times.
