Seven things worth verifying

Who will actually treat you, and their qualification for that specific procedure — an MDS in the relevant speciality for implants, endodontics, orthodontics or surgery, not a general practitioner attempting all four.

Whether diagnosis is imaging-led. Implants planned without a CBCT, or a root canal re-treatment attempted without magnification, are decisions taken partly blind.

Sterilisation you can see: pouched instruments opened in front of you, a class B autoclave, and documented cycles. Accreditation such as NABH means this is externally audited rather than claimed.

A written, staged estimate given before treatment starts, with the alternatives — including doing nothing for now — explained. Prices that change mid-treatment are the most common complaint patients bring us from elsewhere.

What happens if something fails: who reviews it, at what cost, and over what period. Ask before, not after.

Whether the laboratory work is in-house or outsourced, which decides turnaround and how easily a crown can be adjusted and remade.

Emergency access outside routine appointments, and whether a real person answers the phone.

What we do differently

Every discipline is staffed on site, so a case is planned by the people who will perform it. Diagnostics come before opinions — you are shown your own CBCT or scan and told what the imaging does and does not show. Estimates are written and staged, and we will tell you when a cheaper or more conservative option is the better one.

The hospital is NABH accredited, has an in-house CAD/CAM lab and pharmacy, and is empanelled with RGHS, CGHS, ECHS, RHB, Indian Railways and the Dairy Co-operation.

Booking, timings and what the first visit covers

The first visit is a proper diagnostic appointment, not a sales conversation: examination, imaging where it is needed, an explanation of every reasonable option including doing nothing for now, and a staged written estimate before you decide. OPD runs Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm, and on Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm.
