All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge carried on four implants, angled to use the densest available bone. All-on-6 uses six fixtures where bone volume allows, for extra load distribution in heavy biters.

The prosthesis is fixed. You clean around it, you do not remove it, and you chew with roughly ninety per cent of natural efficiency — a figure a conventional complete denture never approaches.

Who this is for

Patients who have lost all the teeth in a jaw, or whose remaining teeth are beyond saving because of advanced gum disease, extensive decay or failed old bridgework. It also suits long-term denture wearers who can no longer tolerate a lower denture that will not stay in place.

Diabetes, hypertension and thyroid disease are not barriers when they are controlled. Active heavy smoking is a genuine risk factor for implant failure and we will discuss it honestly with you before treatment rather than after.

Immediate loading — teeth on the same day

Where the implants achieve enough primary stability at placement, a fixed temporary bridge can be attached within 24 to 72 hours. You do not go home without teeth.

The temporary is deliberately kept lighter than the final prosthesis and you are placed on a soft diet while the implants integrate. The definitive bridge is fitted three to six months later, once the bone has fully fused to the fixtures.

Choosing the final prosthesis

An acrylic-on-titanium hybrid is lighter and easier to repair. Full-zirconia is stronger, far more stain-resistant and looks better over a decade, at a higher cost. Neither is universally right — the choice depends on your bite force, your budget and how much lip support the prosthesis has to provide.

We show you both options, with what each looks like and what each costs, before the final impressions are taken.

What your treatment journey looks like

  1. Step 1
    Full workup

CBCT of both jaws, photographs, bite records and a full medical review.

  2. Step 2
    Surgery day

Any remaining teeth are removed and the implants placed under local anaesthesia or sedation.

  3. Step 3
    Temporary bridge

A fixed provisional set of teeth within days, with soft-diet instructions.

  4. Step 4
    Final prosthesis

Definitive bridge fitted after integration, with review appointments scheduled.

Frequently asked questions

How much does All-on-4 cost in Jaipur?

A full arch generally ranges from about ₹2,00,000 to ₹5,50,000 depending on the number of fixtures, the implant system and whether the final prosthesis is acrylic-hybrid or full zirconia. A written estimate is given after the CBCT scan.

How long does the surgery take?

Placement in one jaw usually takes two to three hours. Most patients return home the same day with painkillers and antibiotics.

How do I clean fixed full-arch teeth?

With a water flosser and interdental brushes under the bridge, plus a professional clean and review every six months. Maintenance is what makes the difference between a bridge that lasts fifteen years and one that does not.

Why this matters for your case

All-on-4 & Full-Arch Implants in a hospital setting, not a single chair

Most dental care in Jaipur is delivered from single-chair clinics. The difference shows up when a case needs bone work, sedation, inpatient monitoring or a second speciality on the same day.
